PIGMENT INK

Pigment ink is thicker and richer than a dye-based. They come in foam style ink pads and the colours  are more vibrant and bright.

Pigment ink does not soak in to the paper, it stays on the surface so takes longer to dry, it will  not dry on glossy paper  without heat setting with a heat gun.
