JOY OF SETS -CHRISTMAS-DECEMBER, 2020

Welcome to my little corner of The Joy of Sets Blog Hope, our very last one, not just for this year but forever, from next year we will all be part of the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop Group. a huge thank you to Fiona Whitehad and Angie Mckenzie for all their work with the Joy of Sets group and another thank you to Angie for continuing things in the new group.

Our theme this month is based on Christmas Songs, at first I was a little daunted but then I realised one of our sets has stamps that has some of the words to one of my favourites Hark the Herald Angels, so my very simple card put two stamps together and voila.

After attaching a 3" strip of Brushed Metallic cardstock to a Whisper White card front, I ran it though the Cut & Embossing using the Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing folder, the sentiments are stamped again in Night of Navy using the For Unto Us Stamp Set, which is such a beautiful Christmas set.

I hope you like this card, full details of products used are listed below.

Thank you for stopping by, click the button below to pop over to Brenda to see her beautiful project. I hope you enjoy the rest of the hop.

I'M BACK

 Hi everyone,

Hope you are all well.

I seem to have blinked and missed most of November, sometimes life gets in the way and things get overlooked, for me it was my blogging, well I'm back and lots of good things coming.

I can't believe today is 1st December, this year has gone so fast considering the chaos we've been through.

I still have Christmas cards to make but today I'm getting those I have already done written and sent, at least someone will receive one before Christmas.

Back to December, it's going to be a big month, first the new Host Code is SAQMEW9V, please use this code if placing an order with me under $250, to receive a guft from me.

If your order is over $250, please do not use this Code as you'll qualify for Stampin' Rewards, but I will still send you the gift.

From today, demonstrators can pre-purchase products from the upcoming Mini Catalogue January-June, 2021, I had my order in at 12.30am so fingers crossed I will be getting it later in the week so I will be abale to preview a few things.

If you live in Australia, don't already have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and would like a free copy I'll be delighted to send it to you, please email your details to sueallensimplycraft@bigpond.com and I'll pop one in the mail as soon as they arrive.

The other exciting thing for Demonstrators today is we can finally purchase the Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. This cute machine has a compact footprint for easy storage and travel. The 3-1/2" (8.9 cm) platform works with many of Stampin’ Up!’s smaller dies and smaller embossing folders.

How cute is this? it has a

As with all the gorgeous products in the new catalogue this fantastic little machine is not available until 5th January, 2021 however, there is always a however, as I said earlier as a Demonstrator everything is available from today, so if you join my team you can add any of these new products to your Starter Kit including the Mini  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.  Not as scary as it sounds.

As most people know I resisted joining for a couple of years,  I thought that signing up meant I would have to go out and sell, sell, sell, how wrong was I? unlike other organisations, joining Stampin' Up! does not make you obligated to do anything other than get extra bang for your buck and a 20% discount on future products.

I finally did join as a Hobby Demonstrator to get the Starter Kit.

Starter Kits are a great value at A$169 for A$235 worth of products and free shipping is thrown in as an added bonus.

There is no obligation to sell, no lock in Contracts to sign, To retain the discount, requires a minimum purchase of approximately $440 every three months ($117 per month). This can be your own purchases or if you have someone order with you, this contributes to the quarterly minimum.

Joining is something I have never regretted, apart from the great products the Stampin' Up! community is awesome.

Ok it's coffee time for me, I will be having a few blogs this week as I have some Chrissy cards to show you.

Take care, stay safe
