INK. STAMP. SHARE SPECIAL BLOG HOP

At this very difficult time we are all experiencing, the administrators of this group have decided to run an additional blog hop this month to try and lift morale. The theme for the hop will be "ANYTHING GOES" the only stipulation is that we use current Stampin' Up! products, that ain't hard because there is so many gorgeous ones to choose from.

Anyone who follows me knows I love quick and easy and here is another one.

Using Early Espresso ink I stamped the beautiful Magnolia on Very Vanilla cardstock, die cut it and mounted it onto Early Espresso card base which I had already die cut the border from the new Ornate Layers, this gives a lovely effect when Very Vanilla cardstock is used inside the card. How easy is that. Full details of the products used are shown below.

CATCHING UP

I blinked and a couple of weeks have gone by. I am more out of whack than normal and I can only put that down to our current situation with the Coronavirus. I just can't get my head around the whole thing, especially how quickly our world has changed. My heart goes out to all those who has been affected and have lost loved ones. It breaks for the families that can't be together.

I hate the term Social Distancing but I understand the need for it. I'm very lucky that my husband is my best friend and we have always spent as much time with each other as we can.

The upside for me other than spending time with him is that I can craft, craft, craft and also get all the jobs done around the house, were going to start our spring cleaning in our Autumn.

Now for a little Simply Craft housekeeping.

Stampin' Ups! new Annual Catalogue will be released in June, however they are whetting everyone appetites by releasing one suite early, to see this suite click on the flyer

This months theme is - Case from Pinterest, a hard challenge because there are so many gorgeous cards to choose from.

I chose to use the Timeless Tulips Bundle and a design from Liz Yuille a UK Demonstrator.

A simple card but joining four tulips gives it that WOW factor, thank you so much Liz.

KYLIE'S INTERNATIONAL BLOG HIGHLIGHTS APRIL, 2020

Welcome to this months International Blog Highlights

The ongoing theme is Thank You and you will be able to vote for your 5 favourites by clicking the button

For my card this month I have gone back to the Annual Catalogue and the beautiful Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper. I did use the corresponding die to cut the magnolias but they would be very easy to fussy cut if you didn't have the die set.

Each magnolia was backed with Early Espresso card stock before being mounted on the card base.

I then finished it off with sentiments from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set which is in the current Mini Catalogue.

I hope you like this card and if you do I would love you to vote for me. When you click the button below, the gallery will pop up, then please click on the little heart on the right hand-side of my photo. The heart will turn red to register the you vote. You can vote for up to 5 cards. A huge thank you for taking your time to do this.
