A product like Stampin' Up!'s Stamparatus is fantastic to ensure a fully inked image, however, what do you do if you don't have one?, re-positioning is difficult. The best way is to use a black marker or pen to fill in the blank or lighter areas.
If colouring the image make sure the marker is compatible to the ink you are using or simply correct after colouring.
